Bradford Brown is a world-renowned artist, who is known for his specialized artistry where he takes an ordinary image of a person and transforms it into a vibrant, texturized, 3D realistic piece of art, applying paint over concrete on canvases.His artwork has graced the pages of top magazines and platforms; from magazine, book-cover drawings of Albert Einstein, Alex Haley and Pablo Picasso, to being the artist for the illustrations of the famous American Girl doll Addy (the originals were purchased by Whitney Houston).
Bradford Brown was raised in the city of Newark, New Jersey and states that even as a little boy, he knew he was blessed with a special artistic gift. Starting off drawing simple sketches that amazed his family and friends, he soon went on to earn notoriety at the public high school he attended in New York, concentrating on the arts. Soon, winning a scholarship to the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan.These days, you can find him creating customized artwork for several celebrities, most recently, hip hop mogul KFS-One.
In his spare time, Bradford Brown is also a beloved art teacher in the Newark Public School system and also loves playing his trumpet, ping pong, billiards, basketball and spending quality time with his family.
